To offer products through insurance carriers represented by BHC Marketing eService ("eService") and to gain access to restricted areas of eService’s web site (the "site"), certain identifying information and personal data are required. eService reserves the right to request additional information if needed to maintain a business relationship.

Changing password or updating information
If your password is forgotten or used without permission, immediately notify eService via live support to obtain a new password. You may change your password or update your personal information at any time by accessing the secure section of the site.
Cancellation
You can cancel your business relationship with eService at any time by sending an email to customerservice@bhce-service.com. You may be subject to carrier transfer policies after terminating your relationship with eService.
No liability for acts of third parties
eService will use all reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of personal identifying information, sales history records, e-Credit$ accounts, and all other proprietary information. Data accessible via or transmitted over the Internet are not absolutely secure. Accordingly, eService shall have no liability for disclosure of confidential data and/or proprietary information due to errors, omissions or the unauthorized acts of others.
Use of aggregate information
eService reserves the right to disclose to third parties aggregate information regarding site and related services usage. Aggregate information disclosed, if any, will not identify individual user.
