Getting Started and Contracting
Contracting with BHC e-Service involves the same process you've used with other carriers
and national distributors. Whether this is your first experience with
BHC e-Service or you're already affiliated with us, simply follow these steps and instructions.
Step 1: Review B/D issues, transfer policies and contracts
If you're currently appointed with a carrier but wish to transfer
that carrier's appointment to BHC e-Service, please review the carrier's transfer policy.
To get contracted with BHC e-Service:
- Choose a carrier and download the contract (or request by fax)
- Complete it as instructed
- Fax ALL PAPERWORK to BHC e-Service at 775-201-0028
Once approved by the carrier, your agent number will be provided by
e-mail. If you need a RUSH getting contracted because of pending
business, please contact us by live support or phone.
Step 2: Sign an agreement with BHC e-Service
An Agreement covering the Perks Plus Program and the charge back of sales commissions is a one-time requirement when you contract with your first
BHC e-Service carrier. Open the Agreement (or request a fax), print, then sign and fax it to
BHC e-Service at 775-201-0028.
Step 3: Review products
View products by carrier or use search tools to select products by features such as commission, surrender, crediting rate or method, participation rate, state, age, etc. Traditional annuities can be ranked by effective yield or commission. Product summaries list features, commission and
e-Credit$
incentives, and a link to more detail. The detailed product grids are printable summaries for hard-copy reference.
Step 4: Earn commissions/e-Credit$ incentives
The payment of the highest commissions allowed by carriers PLUS
generous and flexible e-Credit$ incentives sets BHC e-Service apart
from other national whole distributors of insurance products. No one
provides as good an incentives program as BHC e-Service. The commission is the highest allowed by the carrier, and e-Credit$
incentives are in addition to carrier incentives. Carriers pay commission directly to you, and your e-Credit$
incentives can be redeemed from BHC e-Service.
Step 5: Submitting new business
Submitting business through BHC e-Service is no different than what you've always done. The state-specific application and all forms can be downloaded and printed online. All new business paperwork is submitted to the carrier. You can login and review your sales history/policies and e-Credit$
incentives.
