Producers may transfer from one hierarchy to another if
they have not written new business in the past six
months. Producers who have written new business in the
last six months may transfer to another hierarchy six
months after the company receives transfer paperwork.
The existing hierarchy will continue to receive
overwrites until the six month window expires.

3. Thirty (30) days before six (6) month waiting period ends from the original transfer request,
agent must submit a letter or email reaffirming his intention to transfer to new MGA.
4. OMFN sends a letter acknowledging the transfer to both hierarchies upon completion of the transfer.
