There is a Special Enhanced Life Income (“SELI”) option. If the Annuitant qualifies for and elects the SELI, the life payout can be significantly higher than an otherwise standard GLIR payout. To qualify, the policy must have been in force for 5 policy years, the annuitant must be between 55 and 90 and unable to perform two of six Activities of Daily Living permanently. The SELI option provides an enhanced payout plan of 3% in addition to the single life percentage to which the annuitant is otherwise entitled (not guaranteed in WA or PA) and is available only to the annuitant (is not available as a spousal joint benefit).
| | Index Provisions | The product offers the following interest crediting methods.
1.Fixed rate – declared annually and fixed for one year.
2.Ending Index Account (Annual Point-to-Point) Option 1: higher index rate & cap, S&P500 & Russell
3.Ending Index Account (Annual Point-to-Point) Option 2: Lower index rate & high or no cap: S&P500 & Russell
4.Average Index Account (Annual Point-to-Daily Average): S&P500 only.
Interest earnings are linked to a percentage of the potential growth of the selected index, subject to the participation rate and/or cap. The interest earned is locked in annually. A set participation rate and/or cap is guaranteed in advance for each term.

GLI Rider is available at an annual cost at issue and fixed at 65bps for all years and is available for a single or joint life with the joint life determined by the younger of the two.
GLI is based on greater of “calculation base” or “accumulation value” on policy’s 5th, 10th, 15th or 20th anniversaries.
GLI cannot be activated by the annuitant prior to age 60 or before the end of the first policy anniversary.
GLI calculation MUST be printed out, signed and submitted as part of the application paperwork.
Instructions on completing a GLI Rider calculation
1. Go to LSW website (www.lsw.net).
2. Go to “Agent Login”, if you do not have a username
and password, sign up for one.
3. From the “Agent Central” home page scroll down to
the “Experience Income for Life” section (approx. in
the middle of the page).
4. Select the “Single Premium Indexed Annuities” link
5. Click on the “GLIR Calculator” to download and install
it into your computer.
6. Input your information into the calculator.
7. Print, sign and submit with case.

Commissions on Policies issued as a replacement for another LSW or National Life Policy will be reduced according to LSW rules in place at such time.
Commission chargeback on death of the owner and/or annuitant:
100%: up to 183 days following policy issue
50%: after 183 days but before one (1) year
from policy issue.
Commission chargeback on surrenders or withdrawals, including RMD:
100% for one year following policy issue, 0% thereafter.
LSW will hold commission generated from business sold to self or family members for 30 days after the date of receipt of the policy by the policyholder, and commission on sales over $500,000 will be held for 30 days after the date of receipt of the policy by the policyholder.
